Polish stoneware is oven-safe
dishwasher- and microwave-safe!
These pieces do beautifully
in the oven, but do not expose pottery to
rapid temperature changes.
I usually place mine in the oven at slightly lower temperature
for a few minutes
before bringing up to full temp.
You may add a little water in the bottom
when cooking meat.
